Our pricing listed below is for residential properties located inside city limits, 2400 SQF or less.

In the summer time we focus on the exterior protecting your home from Spiders, Ants, Wasps, Beetles, Rodents and more. During the winter our goal is to monitor and reduce the exterior rodent population by keeping bait stations topped up with commercial grade rodenticide.

Do You Cover Spiders?
WE DO! Spiders are one of the most common pests in Calgary especially around the SE communities like Cranston, Mahogany, Copperfield, and McKenzie Towne. Some companies charge upwards of $400 + for treatments with little or no guarantee – This is where our program comes in. For $49.95 per month our customers are covered not only for Spiders, but also Common Ants, Beetles, Voles, Rats, and Mice! We provide 3 Insect services per year and 6 exterior rodent refills. Our pest control treatments are also 100% Child and Pet Friendly. We also have add-on options to includes Wasp traps and exterior Ant bait stations. Typically we recommend 2 sprays during the spring and summer, and 2 sprays on the interior over the colder months.
Is The Program Children & Pet Friendly?
YES! Any reputable pest control company uses commercial grade chemicals, this can be scary when it comes to children and pets. Hiring a provider that understands the importance of pesticide safety and proper application is key. At Spartan Pest Control, our technicians are constantly trained on the most up-to-date techniques and methods when applying chemicals. I Have A Pest Problem That's Not Covered?
If you are a customer on our Residential Pest Program and experience an issue with an insect or pest that’s NOT covered, then we will charge for service. However, we provide a discount to ensure the job gets done at an affordable price as a Thank You for being a repeat, and loyal customer. Some of the pests not included in our programs are Bed Bugs, Squirrels, Skunks, Carpenter Ants, and Cluster Flies. Why? These pests require a larger amount of chemicals used, more complex treatments and procedures, and in general – are more of a specialty. All customers on our programs are given access to their customer portal to view reports, invoices, images, and more! WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT
We don’t require the full years amount upfront like most other pest companies. Our monthly pest programs are designed to provide everything our competitors do at an affordable rate while providing better service and customer interactions. All of our Residential Pest Programs are on a 12 month contract. Once completed, the program switches month-to-month and can be cancelled anytime with a 30 days written notice.
